Digeva F is an antacid medication that provides relief from various digestive issues. It contains three active ingredients: simethicone, aluminium hydroxide, and magnesium hydroxide. Simethicone is an anti-foaming agent that helps to reduce the formation of gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines, thereby relieving flatulence (excessive gas). Aluminium hydroxide and magnesium hydroxide are both antacids that work by neutralizing excess stomach acid.
